Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones was born on September 3rd in 1976. She is an American actress. There are a few soap opera roles including Megan Dennison in The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful. In addition, she played the recurring character of Daphne on the second series of the HBO drama series True Blood. Ashley Jones has a Bachelor of Human Learning from University of Tennessee at Martin. She earned her degree in 1997. Her first teaching job was at Maury County. There, she taught Reading to kindergarten and 1st grades. She got married Brent Jones, her UT Martin affectionate husband, and moved into Thompsons Station in 1998. Bethesda Elementary was where she first taught the fourth grade. In 1999-2000, she taught and completed her masters in Education at Trevecca Nazarene University. She quit the classroom in 2000 when they welcomed their baby boy Baylor. Ashley has focused her efforts in the last 15 years to ensure the health of her children's community and church. Ashley was a teacher of the Preschool as well as the Student Ministry at Thompson Station Church for over 13 years. Ashley as well as her family homeschooled for 3 years. While they were homeschooling students took part in a class where Ashley taught History at the beginning of Kindergarten and in First Grade. God advised her that even though she enjoyed the homeschooling experience and being with children, the family had to go back to full time school. Brent as well as Ashley have five kids. Silas Eliza, and Cruz go to GCA. Baylor a GCA graduate attends playing baseball in UT Martin. Callan is also a GCA Graduate and attends Western Kentucky University. It is a busy family that enjoys playing sports, fishing, and hunting together. Romans 8:28 "And we know that God is in everything, works for the advantage of those who love God."
