Alexandra is an established actor who has been in over 100 films and TV shows, mostly as the main female character. Her 5-year-long role as the main character in Baywatch as Lieutenant. Stephanie Holden has earned her international recognition. Alexandra is the owner of her own wellness coaching business. She is a health coach. Alexandra personal coaches clients on the phone all over the world, and speaks for groups on ways to modify their behavior to live a healthier lifestyle and a more fulfilling life. Alexandra co-hosts a weekly podcast known as Switch4Good that is heard around the world and has more than 3 million views on YouTube and downloads. Alexandra was not in the public eye and wore a mask during the majority of 2020. In 2021, she began her career with the role of Tethered. It led to Baby Steps, her sequel to Say Yes from 2018. .
